Principal Engineer
Boro Mirkovic, P.Eng. has over 35 years of experience in the steel and construction industry, encompassing structural engineering, fabrication, erection, and project delivery. His career has been defined by a practical, detail-driven approach to engineering and a deep understanding of how structures are actually built and perform over time. As Chair and Managing Principal of MVC, he provides senior-level oversight and guidance on all engineering and forensic engagements.

Connection Designer / Field Investigator
Ilija Mirkovic is a Junior Designer and Field Investigator at MVC, contributing to structural design support and forensic investigations through site inspections, documentation, and technical analysis. With a background in construction and field operations, his work emphasizes constructability, accurate observation, and alignment between design intent and site conditions. Under senior engineering supervision, he assists in developing clear, evidence-based documentation to support engineering conclusions.
